I was rear ended in a collision that resulted primarily in neck pain and headache. The emergency room did not do x-rays and sent me home for three days of rest and then back to work. At this point I thought the injury minor and would therefore work with the car insurance company for the settlement of claims. A colleague strongly encouraged me to consult with Dan O’Donnell at Doyle and O’Donnell because neck injuries were hard to predict. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of the law office and all of its personnel. On completion of the interview and intake process, I was referred to a chiropractor who completed a full exam including MRIs of the neck. The full extent of the injury then became evident and two years later, I was finally discharged from care with lifelong residual effects.  I will be forever grateful for the management of my case by Mr. O’Donnell and office team.  They remained in touch in me and kept my informed of the case status and obtained my approval for next steps when needed.
